Our Service Departments are able to carry out work on most Panasonic Consumer Products; including Microwave Ovens, Vacuum Cleaners, Audio Products, Video recorders & Conventional TV's. In addition, we are also part of the Panasonic (UK) Digital Service Network and therefore authorised to repair Plasma and LCD display panels & TV's, LCD projectors & DVD Recorders/players.

Under the Panasonic Warranty scheme we are able to offer a service that includes collection repair and return on all Plasma screens with or without a tuner and LCD televisions over 66cmV (26 inch) within a detailed postcode district (see table). DVD recorders and smaller LCD screens can be simply brought into one of our stores at Clifton, Exeter, Newton Abbot, Dorchester and Salisbury for repair where they will be taken to our service department. A chargeable collection service is also available.
In the unlikely event that you should experience any problems with the operation of your Panasonic product IN WARRANTY, please refer to your Troubleshooting Guide in your Instruction Manual. If the difficulty can not be rectified, please contact your retailer or if you live in one of the postcodes above, call our Technical Assistance number or e-mail us. Our procedure for a callout/collection in the event that your problem cannot be rectified over the phone are as follows: 66cmV (26 inch) & above LCD/Plasma TV's In Warranty - Free of charge (subject to postcode - see graphic below).
Screens below 66cmV (26 inch), Home Cinema Receivers and DVD recorders are classified as portable and collection of the product is not covered under Warranty. If you are unable to return the item to one of our Showrooms, please contact us and we will arrange for a Technician to collect the unit. This will normally be within 5 working days and subject to a fee.
