Technology

When you visit us at one of our showrooms you will find that our team members are, amongst other things, courteous, helpful and clear in how they communicate with you. Whilst discussing your requirements they take the time to fully explain the latest technological acronyms and abbreviations without leaving you confused. In fact, once you have spoken to one of our team members, you will feel better informed about the technical revolution that is happening in the home entertainment industry and therefore able to make the right choices about your future purchases.

We aim to carry this philosophy onto our web site and therefore this site is designed to provide clear and unambiguous text. Where we have used industry wide logos, acronyms and abbreviations we feel it is only right to explain them to you. We appreciate that this is never going to be as good as speaking to us directly but we hope that this technology glossary will help towards your understanding.

If you would prefer to talk to us then why not call around to one of our stores or contact us on (01392) 411164. If you feel that we could explain something better on our web site then email us with your concern and we'll look into it.
