We commenced trading in 1994 in Exeter and from day one have always specialised
100% in Panasonic products. In 2000 we added the Newton Abbot store and our
Dorchester showroom opened in 2005. Recently, we opened our Salisbury store.
By dealing mainly with one manufacturer
it allows us to buy at very competitive rates and offer the full range.
Therefore you know that we are not trying to simply sell what we have in stock!
As the Consumer Electronics industry has changed, so has the way in which we shop! The Internet brings the
opportunity to see so much information - like this for example. However we believe that service
and quality installation still matters, and we have also changed to suit the new consumer.
For example our Installation times are from 08:00 to 19:00 and include Sundays. Simply book an
installation and be confident that your equipment will be professionally installed within the
time-frame we have agreed with you. Please Note that our delivery & Installation service is
offered within the South-West, however we are happy to discuss specific installations on a case-by-case basis.
Many Internet traders are simply branches of established retail organisations;
offering one price for their loyal shop customers and a lower price for anyone who
wishes to buy on-line. Furthermore, many make big promises and when they fail to
deliver are almost impossible to speak to. They try to 'hide' behind the mask and
distance themselves from the consumer. We are an Independently run business competing
on the fact that we have one price, are very competitive and provide one service VIP!

The Service and Support team has expanded over the years and we now complete about 5
custom installations per week. We regard a 'custom' installation as any installation
that requires an element of permanent fixing, i.e. Plasma to the wall or projector to
the ceiling. As well as private homes, we undertake work in Hotels, Schools and Colleges,
Factories, Museums, Shopping Centres and even Premier league Football grounds! We work
closely with Architects and Builders at the design and build stage of new homes and try
to ensure that 'pre-installation' for TV, SKY, Multi-Room Audio, CCTV, Wi-Fi etc is included
before the new Home Owner moves in.
Our strongest asset is our Team now numbering 45; the average length of service
is currently over 8 years! Training plays a large part in our routine; be-it
sales or technical. Our Engineers attend courses on the latest products at
Panasonic HQ in Bracknell and our Sales teams are constantly kept updated
in Product knowledge, consumer rights, customer care etc.
Our specialities have also grown over the years and we are fully equipped to
handle computer, telephone, programming & switching, lighting control and many
other areas in the exciting world of consumer electronics.
